The European Linux Magazine has written about the East of England ChangeUp FOSS Project in the World News section of the February 2006 issue (#63).

The article covers the launch of the project on November 21st and also includes a photo of the participants. The UK was given as a good example of how the voluntary and community sector organisations can better deal without dependency from Microsoft both in their everyday life and on an administrative level.
